May 15th Farmers Market Meeting

Find out what you can do to make our farmers' market a great success at the next Farms in the Heights meeting.

Sunday May 15th 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm at Harbor View 178 Ogden Ave, Jersey City, NJ 0730.

This meeting will be the launch of our outreach efforts! We need people to drop off flyers all over the neighborhood, to help out with media outreach and to volunteer on market days.

Farmers in the Heights

Farms in the City Heights grew from the Jersey City Farms in the City event held last year. We are a group of residents that are committed to greening the Heights and building community. Monthly meetings are held to discuss various initiatives; including starting a Heights Farmers Market at which farmers and other vendors could sell their goods and community members can take part in educational programming. 


We are very excited about the possibilities and hope you are too.
